Licenses bought: Now what?

I managed to resolve my purchase issue yesterday and bought 5 licenses. Next question: How do I distribute those licenses to the rest of my team?

You can now proceed to add the desired users from your 'My Profile' page after login (http://iplotz.com/myprofile.php). In there select the 'Multi User Details' and add in the desired user's email addresses. The added users will receive the license for the iPlotz desktop.

Ah I see. The mistake I was making was that the My Profile link from inside iPlotz does not have that entry in it.

Is it possible to swap them around, like if I want to move the license from one user to another?
Or do I get basically one go to set the license and that's that?

What happens to the files of someone that I de-license in that case?

if you haven't issued a desktop license to a user, you can make them inactive, but they won't have access to the projects they created, or have editing rights to any shared projects, although they will be able to view them and make comments. As soon as you want them to have editing access, you can enable them again and disable another user. However, if you have issued desktop licenses to a user, then that is frozen in place.

    Thanks Mark,

I'm not sure I follow you about the desktop-version license. Do you mean the desktop license registration number that I received in email?

Thanks for taking the time to reply to all this by the way. It's just not very clear to me what I can and can't do and I don't want to essentially waste my licenses making a mistake. It might be worth packing all of this information into the confirmation email that someone first receives when they buy licenses, as as you can see I'm finding it a bit of a journey to understand.
