How does one re-assign images when they break when moving a wireframe from the desktop app to online??????????????????????????

After building my project with the Desk top app, I sent the wireframes to the online app, only to find all the images break because you have to upload the images all over again into the Online library!

I was told that I would just need to re-assign these images but when I try to click on the image placeholder then click on the file in the library but it doesn't reassign itself. I've also tried to delete the image and add it back which doesn't work either.

I've spent hours trying to get this program to work and at this point I want a REFUND!~

Please credit my card and email me when you guys get the bugs worked out.

Thanks

When transferring project form desktop to online the images needs to be uploaded and then reassigned. We understand that this is frustrating. That is why we were working on the full Project export(with images) for both desktop and online. With this the you can export and imports projects with ease, with the images automatically uploaded to the image library. This feature is complete and is now in the testing phase. You can have a look at this feature at http://iplotz.com/staging/ .

If you are not happy with the product we can refund the amount.

I understand that there's a work around, however the Online program doesn't allow me to batch upload my zip image files as you've described and I've tried to re assign the files one at a time but all I get is a blank Media File Dialog box. So I am unable to re-assign the files. I'm using a mac with 4 Gigs of ram 10.5.7 and Firefox

From the screen-shot it seems like you are doing things the wrong way. Can you please tell me how transfered the wireframes online?

I tried to figure out how to batch up load a zip file but I can't find where you do that. So then I uploaded one at a time.

From your screen shot, looks like you are in offline mode (desktop version). Click the "Manage" on the right top. There you can see two buttons "desktop" and "online”. Click on the "online”, Then it will switch to online mode. If you are in online mode then, you can see the login user name on the top of the application. In your current screenshot, there is no user name.
