Create Linklist from Sitemap

Can a Linklist be created that pulls it's data from the sitemap? If not this would be a good idea.

    Perhaps I used the wrong terms. What I'm asking is if there is a way to connect the info found within the LinkBar to the page strucutre (pages). For example when I add a new page to a project, have that page show up in the LinkBar. Could even include indented subpages.
