Problem with Download HTML package

Once I click on the button "Download entire project as HTML" nothing happens.
I have waited several minutes but the file download does not start.

    I had the same problem on iPlotz desktop, it works on iPlotz through the website.

Choose a file :

The image must be a GIF, JPEG, or PNG that is smaller than 1MB.

Insert an image URL :
