¿Channel disconnected?

I login in my account and I receive this message ('Channel disconnected') the whole time. I payed and my Internet connection is working well, so I dont understand

    I have the same problem. It seems like the iPlotz servers crashed?

    Having this issue, does this mean that I have lost all changes since I cannot activate my desktop either?
