Speech bubbles get in the way of clickable objects in PDF exported projects.

Offset the comments speech bubbles that are created in pdf experted projects. Also, make them 50% transparent. And don't create them for objects that are hidden by other objects.

    I meant Offset the Annotations speech bubbles... not 'comments'.
