To check click on 'Help', then 'Register'. If the product is registered a dialog box wil display saying This product has already been registered to - email@example.com '. If it requests your activation key, then you did not get the desktop version successfully registered.
You should have received an email from iPlotz when you paid for the annual service containing you activation key.
If you get the message that you are a free user in desktop it is because you have not registered your iPlotz desktop using the activation key sent via email.
To register your iPlotz Desktop application ...
1. Open iPlotz.
2. Click on the help menu
3. Click on Register
4. In the window that opens up enter your email address and the activation key that was sent to you via email after purchase.
(Note: You will need to register iPlotz with the exact email address used at time of purchase. Avoid extra white spaces before and after the activation key. )
If you get the message that you are a free user in the online version then it is because of your browser's cache. Please clear your browser cache, log-out, close your browser and reopen the application.
