Exporting from Staging server

Hi, I'm not able to export my project from Staging - have been using it for a few days because of the Snippets feature and not worried about losing all that work! Export starts the download and then just stays there - see screenshot.

    The staging server is meant for testing, not doing actual work, so you may not be able to do what you want. THere was a warning when you first entered the site. Saying that, we can take a quick look and see what we can do.
