Can't import

I have the desktop version — which I was using to do some work. The client since signed up for the online version, and added me as a user. But I cannot import my project to the system (free user cannot import).

Why?

The import features are disabled for free users. As per our records you have only bought the desktop license. Please have a look at our Signup & Pricing for details (http://iplotz.com/price.php)

Thank you Girish. What I don't understand is this: If my client purchased a 5-user license (which includes online access) and he added me as a user, why can I am I still being treated as a "free user"? I had purchased the desktop version to try the software out, and since had suggested to the client that he purchase a 5-user license so we could work collaboratively. If I need to ALSO buy online access, it would seem redundant.

Can you please email me (support@iplotz.com) the email address of your client. Also can you ask you client which email did he use to add you as a user in the iPlotz online version?

Hi I'm having a problem similar.
I'm both a registered Iplot desktop user and free online user.
It seems that the correspondance of email makes desktop import (for another project) unavailable.
How can I split my 2 accounts ? Is there a workaround for this ?
